Villa Ivea preuređena je kamena istarska kuća na dva kata. Unutrašnjost kuće čine 2 spavaće sobe, kupatilo, zaseban wc, kuhinja, blagovaonica i dnevni boravak s kaminom.
Ispred kuće je natkrivena terasa s vrtnim namještajem i grilom. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju privatni bazen i plažu, te prostrani vrt. Imanje je ograđeno što gostima pruža intimu i privatnost.
